BlueTavla — Terms of Use

Terms of use for the BlueTavla backgammon app.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the BlueTavla mobile application developed by BlueLogic Software (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use BlueTavla for your own entertainment on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the policies of the app store from which you downloaded the app.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the app
  • Distribute, sell, rent, or sublicense the app
  • Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Interfere with or disrupt the app or the advertising it displays

3. Intellectual Property

The app, including its design, graphics, sounds, and code, is owned by BlueLogic Software and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

4. Advertising

The app displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. Your use of the app is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how advertising and consent work.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for your particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlueLogic Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the app.

7. Changes to the App and These Terms

We may update, modify, or discontinue the app (or any part of it) and may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license to use the app if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
